“The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
Supply of digital content not provided on a material medium whose execution has begun after express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
Indeed, given the nature of the Services consisting of the provision of Documents, which are digital content, these exceptions to the right of withdrawal fully apply.
With regard to Subscriptions, in accordance with the French rules in force regarding distance selling, the Customer has the possibility of renouncing his subscription to the Subscription by e-mail to the address contact@positiveia.net, in a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the date of subscription to the Subscription. The contract will end on the date of receipt of the waiver letter and the contributions already paid will be refunded.
